Wood World Furniture is a consignment furniture store based in Lakeland, Florida. By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Consignment Agreement

When you consign furniture with Wood World Furniture, the following terms apply:

• 50/50 Split: Upon sale of your item, proceeds are split equally — 50% to you, 50% to Wood World Furniture.
• 60-Day Consignment Period: Items are listed for a period of 60 days from the date they are accepted into our store.
• Price Reductions: We reserve the right to apply standard markdowns during the consignment period to help sell your item.
• Item Retrieval: If your item does not sell within 60 days, you may retrieve it. Items not retrieved within a reasonable time after the period ends may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.
• Acceptance: Submission of a consignment form does not guarantee acceptance. All items are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
• Condition: Items must be clean, in good working condition, and accurately described. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our standards.

3. Purchasing & Inventory

• All inventory is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability.
• Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns on consignment furniture purchases.
• We will confirm availability and next steps after receiving your cart request.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup services may be available for certain items and locations. Scheduling is subject to our availability. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be communicated before confirming your appointment. Wood World Furniture is not responsible for items damaged during customer-arranged transportation.

5. Website Use

• You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
• All content on this website — including photos, text, and branding — is the property of Wood World Furniture and may not be reproduced without permission.
